Another Kickstarter backer here. Hoping this one can come to GOG myself. :)

IronArcturus: 'Voted! Be sure to vote for Organ Trail as well! :P
Got that on Android, it's quite fun! Voted.

dtgreene: Don't forget to vote for The Oregon Trail as well, which unlike the others, is actually a Good Old Game (I remember playing it (or at least seeing it played) on the Apple II):

The original always gets a vote from me. Played it via emulation recently. It's one of those games like M.U.L.E. or Captain Blood which stays great no matter how much time passes.

And hurrah, my avatar finally changed! :D
Oregon Trail in space? Voted!

Never actually played Oregon Trail, but got Organ Trail from some HB bundle some time ago and i play it regularly on Android. Nice game!

IAmSinistar: So the Star Trek/Oregon Trail crossbreed Orion Trail is nearing release. Hopefully it will see release here on GOG as well. If you like, vote it up on the Wishlist!
You should have named the topic "Vote for GOG to get space dysentery and die!" =P
*bump*

And +1 on the wishlist. Looks cool!
There is also Super Amazing Wagon Adventure and it has been described as a fusion of Oregon Trail and FTL.

I've got that, it's really a mashup of Oregon Trail and Atari 2600 cartridge games. It's pretty amusing, and has very silly events and unlockables.
Definitely hope this comes to GOG. I never played the original Oregon Trail. Very cool that you got to contribute! Thanks for the heads-up!
Just a heads-up - the game is being released on October 12th. They have submitted it to GOG for its DRM-free release, hopefully it will be accepted here.
56? Come on people, that's the best we can do? Vote! In abscence of most of the best "proper" Star Trek games, I'd love to play this. I got my ass kicked in FTL, so I'll probably turn out to be a poor captain here too, but hey, someone has to send the redshirts to their deaths, right?

Come on GOG, bring it here!
The devs announced today that DRM-free releases will be through itch.io. Not GOG, not even Humble. I'm quite disappointed all around.

Back to my real avatar. This has been a shitty day is so many ways.

Sorry to hear that. As if you needed more shit piled on...

Disappointing. Thanks for the update. Maybe I'll finally open that account over there...

Ta mate. Today has been a real bumper crop of it. Hopefully it will subside over the weekend.
DRM-free release happened today for KS backers. Been playing it a bit. It's not bad, though the RNG seems a touch wonky at times. Managed to clear the first two star systems, which is farther than I've ever gotten in FTL. :)
