Three kingdoms story: Conussia is an adventure visual novel featuring the story of power and high intrigue set in the Royal Court of a fantasy kingdom. The ruler of Conussia has disappeared, and next in line to the throne is a young princess who is desperate for help. She must consolidate her claim to the throne facing challenges from political factions both inside and outside her own Court, as well as protecting her land from the encroaching dark forces that grow in strength and numbers every day. You arrive in Conussia as a stranger, having foiled a kidnap attempt against the Princess and are drawn into the complex political plots of the Royal Court, as different political factions scheme for control of the Princess and her Kingdom.

Until February 9th, 2 PM UTC, with every purchase of The Book of Bondmaids Three kingdoms story: Conussia will be automatically added to your library.

The game also comes with a Complete Rework DLC (-15%) offering extended scenes with Princess and Firefly, five new bondmaids in Catacombs, a new character in Monastery and a new character in city.

The Book of Bondmaids is a sequel title to the Three kingdoms story: Conussia with the same story-driven visual novel nature. It depicts a kingdom in ruins, a princess in chains, a hero caught between redemption and damnation, and an ancient, worn, dusty book. The ruling royal dynasty of Conussia has been overthrown, and an undead Lich now sits on the throne. As a courtier to the previous regime you were partly responsible for the coup, and as such, your services have been retained by the Lich. The game features branching narrative paths and multiple endings, plus six erotic short stories.

The Book of Bondmaids comes to GOG with 3 DLCs: Tales – containing 5 more erotic short stories, Cooks, Thieves, Wives and Lovers – expansion introducing several new areas and characters, including the new Bondmaid and three brand new quests, and Soundtrack of the game. All of them are 50% off.

MarkoH01: The windows installation on GOG is now 16GB and does not only contain the game but also the win game archived as zip and the mac version archived as zip. It is obvious that something went wrong when they created the installation.
I was wondering why the installer was so big :)
This is even better than the guys who included their complete Java source code in a game.

MarkoH01: Some additional information for Lust Theory Season 1 regarding the GOG version:

I said earlier that the music in the demo was barely audible - unfortunately it is the same with the full game at this moment. I figured out that the music itself was encoded with extremely low volume and with the help of audacity I managed to fix this for myself.

I informed the devs on their discord and they told me they will look into these issues as soon as possible. If somebody should not want to wait and is interested in my workaround to fix the music (can't fix the installation ;)) just send me a chat.
Owning both the Steam and GOG version I checked it against the Steam version and the music is also quiet on that version as well, (menu is fine in the tutorial part music gets very quiet) so it might be intentional as after all who listens to the music in this type of game? ;) also they may not of wanted to overpower the VOs with music.

But yes the zipped versions of both Mac and Windows are included in the GOG version.

Edit: Also thank you dev/GOG for changing where the game puts save/config files to always hated when they go into AppData. (Steam S1 does - GOG S1 does not.)

"Not too lout to prevent overpowering the VO" is one thing. "Cranking up the speakers to even hear the music" is another one. Also you have sliders so if you want volume more down it is still possible. Unfortunately you can't go higher than max though. Like I said, I fixed the issue with audacity and played the game from start to finish. In opposite to Being A Dik (in which the music is so amazing that it is amost part of the story) the devs are using mostly simple loops but I still prefer having some music in a VN than none at all. "Inside Jennifer" from teh same devs does not have this problem and it has VO as well so I am pretty sure that it was not intended to get the audio volume THAT low.

They still do. It is Renpy after all - you have TWO savefile folders and one is in
\AppData\Roaming\RenPy\LustTheoryS1-1536575576

Fair enough. I never really noticed the volume of the music as I usually mute the music in these style of games as they either have no music or heavily repeating. It is the same on the Steam version though so hopefully they will fix it on both versions of the game for those that care about it.

But I will say let the music issue not turn you off buying it if you are reading this and it is a pretty decent game, could be better in places but its not bad.

Ah I thought they read from different places as that where Steam reads from and GOG didn't see my saves.

I agree - I really liked it as well. It was NOT my intention to scare customers away which is one of the reason I offered my workaround for those who do care.

No worries I thought i'd add its the same on Steam as well so that give you a extra bit of firepower to get it fixed.

It could of course be that the devs changed the ID for the game for the GOG version. In that case GOG would not see them.

Its possible but comparing both Saved files location it seems both create the AppData folder for some reason. Saved files for both are in the game directory, so I don't know why it creates the AppData folder (its not required for Renpy, which is what the game is built in.)

I did however notice that GOG is Steambuild 2.50 - Full release, whilst Steam is Steambuild 2.52 - Full release.

I don't know what the difference is between versions.

That folder is what I meant.
If both create the same one, then the ID didn't change.

The folder is a Ren'Py thingy, the game engine creates it, that's why all games must have unique IDs.
It's actually modern program standard to put savegames into Appdata. That's where they belong.
If you just download zip files, unpack them somewhere you have access to and run the game, this won't be a problem, but when you have a game with a installer that writes into the program files folder, you have to think different. Having savegames and logs in the programs installaion folder requires the game to have write access there and if it's installed into the program files directory, that means that the game needs Admin Rights and that is an absolute No-Go!
That's legacy DOS/Windows95 era programming.

Ren'Py goes a dual way, creates savegame both locally and in appdata. So you have a) easy handling for downloaded zips and if that's not possible due to the installation location, you have the data in appdata.
If you download a new zip version, delete the old folder and play the new version, then the game will fetch the savegame from appdata. It does have it's advantages, but it also encourages sloppy programming.

Here's what has been updated on Steam today, no information about the patch yet. If I had to guess, I'd say he updated to a new Ren'Py/Python version and recompiled the scripts.

Maybe we'll get it, maybe not.
