Ever since WinXP came out, it was almost impossible to get Outlaws to work on then-modern computers of the early-to-mid 2000's. But I remember playing another fun western game simply called "Gun."

It was basically Red Dead Redemption before that sandbox game ever existed. You could explore the map, choose side missions, and ride horses! The atmosphere was just right and the music was pretty good as well. It would be great to see this Western game on GOG! Please vote for it here!
wasn't gun very buggy?
Voted, that game was awesome.

It really was a rare game. I hope GOG can get it someday!

I played it to the ending credits a couple of times on the Xbox, I don't recall any glitches off the top of my head.

I wouldn't call Gun a great game but I certainly enjoyed it! My biggest issues with it was the fairly poor writing (it started off okay-ish and got increasingly worse as the game went on) and the length of the game. It's a short game all things considered and the map is small and empty. Still despite its issues it's a pretty fun game, especially if you're into westerns.

I remember that! It was a great, but hilarious scene! GOG really needs to get this game!

I thought he might curse us by mentioning we haven't received an Activision release in over 2 years. (It's similar to mentioning Gaben's weight and HL3 being delayed an extra month.)

EDIT: It's also possible it's not here because it's $20 on Steam.

It's odd because GOG at least 20 Activision titles already. I wonder why they don't have any more.
I played Gun on Xbox 360. It was really fun. A little short in the graphics deparment, but it was a good western game. We don't have many titles that good about the old west, besides the Call Of Juarez and Red Dead game series.
Dead Man's Hand was a fun western fps. Wonder if it will ever make it here.
Mad Dog McCree.....

I've read a lot about that Call of Juarez game. It looks pretty cool! It has over 200 votes in the wishlist!

The first game is good, the second (Bound in Blood) is great, the third (The Cartel) is awful, but the fourth (Gunslinger) is awesome ;)
