Because curation is based on the money the games bring versus the cost of lawyer, servers, manpower for support and testing. And possible lost of reputation if the majority of user complained that GoG keep on bringing lousy games.

I kinda wish GOG would release fewer games. That way I'd spend less time buying and starting new games, and actually finish some of the ones I've bought.
