I've actually had my post downvoted when thanking someone for a code I got here and successfully redeemed, presumably by jealous trolls who missed out on a game they wanted. I don't know if this is why people aren't saying thanks, but it's entirely possible that it's at least one of the reasons.

This thread is called Ninja Giveaway. You leave your keys without a trace like a ninja. They take the keys without leaving a trace. Just like ninjas. If you want more gratitude and recognition, you can create a new thread where you can give away keys on your own terms.

Actually that was just a meme. We welcome thankful and grateful ninjas. We won't bite :) Though you are right about starting a new thread for contest giveaways.

That's a very good idea. I have wondered quite a few times how many of these codes have been nabbed by non-members who haunt these threads.
