I own all three Black Mirror games here at GOG, but somehow their detection software could not determine that and I was offered the Collection to buy. So what a waste of my time, and lucky I checked first.

Filters are all well and good, but they only work properly if those responsible are diligent in entering the necessary data.

Ice_Mage: Sounds like a typical case of blocked cookies. Other blocked content could potentially cause this issue as well.

If you use Firefox, type about:profiles into the address bar and create a new profile. It will be set as your new default, which is not what you want, so click the "Set as default profile" button below your original profile. Then click the "Launch profile in new browser" button next to the new profile. This gets you a clean slate with no add-ons and the default settings.

For Chrome, see directions for creating and using profiles.

Alternatively, you can make sure that all cookies are accepted, and add-ons aren't allowed to run in Private Browsing / Incognito Mode, then try again in a Private Browsing / Incognito window.
Take a look at that next time. I recall using Safari and Chrome on 2 different devices(Android and ipad) with the same results. And I've never had that issue before. But perhaps I've got a default on.

Thanks for the thorough description of how to get it working.
