Turn the capital of France into a medieval looking city or a futuristic one, build a business district surrounded by parks, create gigantic plazas worthy of the greatest soviet cities, imagine neighborhoods where historical architecture blends in with the most modern designs. The Architect: Paris has just left its development stage on GOG.COM, and is now available 15% off until it's not anymore.

Not a game for me, but it sure looks like it was a heck of a lot of work to make.

The biggest problem with the trailer is that end note, which you'd think would be an example of the amazing things you could do, is an abomination -- pretty much the worst thing you could ever imagine happening to Paris. Plus a giant walking hologram. Weird.

Maybe recut that to chuck the hologramatic horror somewhere in the middle, and end on something that looks appealing instead?
