Why not use a good all-platform engine like libgdx for the graphics. For me it worked pretty fine.

According to this link they're not going out of business. They have had to process a lot of the payments manually.

Well, maybe I exaggerated a little when I talked about a year (and should've said 6 months instead), but still:

I see and it is chapter 7, which would mean that the store is shutting down. Rather than just a re-organization.
