After some few days of R&R, Duke Nukem is ready for some more action!
Our favorite butt-kicking babe magnet returns to his side-scrolling platformer roots in [url=http://www.gog.com/en/gamecard/duke_nukem_manhattan_project]Duke Nukem: Manhattan Project. A mad scientist, Mech Morphix, is using a mutagenic substance called G.L.O.P.P. to turn New York's sewer-dwelling life forms (which includes alligators, obviously) into deadly monsters. Duke, as expected from a popular hero, sets out to stop Morphix from taking over the Big Apple, golden Desert Eagle in hand. During his quest he will get to rescue some chicks, who are more than happy to see Duke save the day. A solid, fun-packed 3D platformer that's a great addition to Duke Nukem 3D and for only $5.99.
Oh, yes. I was looking forward to this. A very cool game that was surprisingly overlooked and underrated. Finally available again after being in rights limbo for quite some time. Check it out, folks! Especially fans of the old 2D platformer genre should like this.
mwhahahaaa it is mine
Come to papa!
Don't want to overuse the cliche, but I jizzed in my pants. And any self-proclaimed Duke fan should too.

GOG.com: A solid sequel to Duke Nukem 3D and a great, fun-packed platformer altogether, for only $5.99.

I have to correct you there, Duke Nukem Manhattan Project is not a sequel to Duke3D... It wasn't even developed by 3DR, and the enemies and overall happenings don't tie into anything that had to do with Duke3D in any way... He's not even fighting Aliens in this game...
3Drealms have already announced, and confirmed that Duke Nukem Forever is the direct sequel to Duke3D...
Just wanted to set this mis-information straight, it's not correct, and it might mislead many people to think what this game really is :)
[edit:]
Otherwise, great to see this game here, it's good fun, it's a little unpolished, and has some flaws, but it's definitely a good, and working platform game, it's definitely worth the money...

awwriight!
Yet another great game for the hit list!!
Keep 'em coming GOG!!!!
I'm kind of disappointed 3DR haven't mentioned any of this on their website. They usually update it every time something even remotely interesting happens, but they're totally quiet about this... strange.
Well its another game I won't be buying but always good to see a new soldier in the expanding GOG army

You really believe that DNF exists? Aww thats so cute, like believing in santa or honest politicians.
I have this on disk.
I won't buy it, but it's a good game.
I reached the first boss, killed it, and subsequently accidentally jumped off the roof, which the game didn't seem to like. Unpolished, but good.

Please don't get me started on this... Just talk about DNMP, please...

It's cool to rip on DNF huh? Look at how long it took for TF2 to come out. Granted, DNF has a couple of years on TF2, but the character is just too marketable for there not to be another Duke Nukem game. Hell, I'll make the game myself if I have to before I die.
DN: MP looks cool enough. That is all.

I've always thought it is funny - "DNF" is an acronym in auto racing for "Did Not Finish". If it ever gets released they may have to change the name.
I'm very excited for Manhattan Project. I really enjoyed this game the first time around. I'll definitely be picking it up. Great timing too; I'm getting a new laptop today, it's being driven around in a brown truck at the moment. My night tonight will consist of eating pizza, setting up my laptop, and downloading DNMP.
