I've been trying to find the name of an old boardgame like game I played as a kid. From what I remember you had an assortment of characters all trying to reach cities after each other picked at random once the first person reaches the current objective.

I seem to remember all sorts of traps and funny events, as well as there being some kind of secret road leading underwater to greenland - and one of the characters being very similar to the bad guy from Dastardly and Muttley, moustache and all.

Does this ring a bell to anyone? I've spent hours on google trying to find the right keywords to find it.
