Plok_HR: Just noticed this is the case in my profile. Hovering over my profile name gives me a non-zero number, but counting without the 7 games I bought recently.

Fun.
Different non-zero numbers hovering profile and in "GAMES - MY COLLECTION" for me too.

And... 0 Games in my Profile :)
New symptom:

I've tried to logout and re-login to GOG site and now hovering over my profile has no more games number.
(little before I removed a purple dot via Console, but I think it made nothing about it)
I'm having the issue on my page, too!

Next to the purple square icon is showing "0", and when I click in the "Games" tab, this message is appearing on the screen:

"You have no games...
...yet. But no worries, there are always deals and discounts for you on GOG.com"

Below it is a button "BROWSE DEALS" which redirects me to this page.

Fix this, please.
Oh no! Purple dot since ages and now Zero games in my profile. T_T

*sweats profusely*
Looks like we'll have to wait a few more days for the fix since w̶i̶n̶t̶e̶r̶ weekend is coming
Since last month reviews I write don't get the "verified owner" tag. Support told me, quote: "From what I can tell, it looks like there is a bug somewhere between the website and our accounts service but this is still under investigation as of right now".

Now it makes me wonder, could it all be part of same bigger issue? It all started around the same time, my first review affected by this was written on November 7th. Previous from October 17th was not affected.

The same happened to me in a review I posted around the second half of November. I contacted support and they proposed to delete it, so that I would post it again. I did so, but the issue remained. Also, the review did a very long time to be uploaded (comparing with previous reviews of mine).

That's exactly my case too. In fact the saving review seems to never end, like there is some connection error, but after reloading page review is there only without owner tag. I also got mine deleted first but it didn't help and then support person somehow fixed it manually. I thought it might be issue with particular game but yesterday wrote another one and same thing happened.

Yes, the same to me with the saving review.
Anyhow, he fixed it?!! Mine support person couldn't, but I didn't bother him again. I hope they will fix it as an overall problem.
If not, it would be unfair for the games themselves.

Seems I'm affected by this issue too. The Library looks fine but the Profile shows 0 games and has a link to the "games on sale" page on GOG. Seems to be taking quite some time to fix this.
I have the same problem, hopefully it will be solved soon for everyone >o<)9
Hi

I have someone trying to help me in Team GOG SUPPORT but unfortunately nothing. I logged out and followed the instructions but nothing.
Can you change your avatar? For me it gets stuck on the spinning circle after selecting a new image. I tried in GOG Galaxy as well, so it's not a browser issue.
Edit: fixed itself after a few hours. Took a while for the avatar to update afterwards.

Apparently the support agent you're talking to isn't aware that this is a server problem. There's nothing you can do but wait until they fix it.

We are used to things breaking around here, but the rate at which pieces have been falling off of the GOG building lately, is alarming to say the least :P
