timppu: I saw in Ebay some selling e.g. Samsung for a good price. Is it a good brand too (if I am merely after normal 4GB DDR3 1600MHz SO-DIMM)?
Samsung is one of the top manufacturers (in terms of quantity) of memory chips and their modules are generally reliable, so as long as you're sure it's what you need and the seller is ok, go for it.

Ok good, the price is about half of what I'd have to pay getting similar RAM (Kingston or Corsair) from the store here. The seller in Ebay has like 98% positive feedback and many sales, so I guess he is reliable.

Are you sure he's not selling a second hand/used memory module? :) Not that it's a bad thing, RAM memory rarely develops any wear and tear, so it's probably one of the safest PC components you can buy as SH.
