Elmofongo: My mouse cursor is not moving.
Please try cleaning the sensor lens with a Q-tip and some rubbing alcohol and let it dry for 5 minutes and try the mouse again. If it still doesn’t work, contact us here or call 1-888-697-2037.
It won't hurt to carefully clean it, but that doesn't explain why it worked fine for your brother. Unless.... it might be a combo of a dirty lens and your particular mousepad. Might as well clean that, too, while you're at it. Those things turn into biology experiments after a while.

Garrett24601: I had this problem as well with my Death Adder mouse.
I had to download new drivers as well as Razer Synapse.
This fixed the issue for me.

Edit: Also for a temporary fix: Disable razerhid.exe on the processes tab of the task manager. This will allow you to use your mouse without it disconnecting until you restart your pc.
What happens when I restart my PC?

Well I never cleaned a mouse pad before. Do I just use a washing machine?

The razerhid.exe will return to being active and you will have to end the process every time you boot your pc.

Edit: That's why it's only a temp fix ...... and the last time I buy a Razer product :P

razerhid.exe automatically starts up again, i'd guess.

So Razer in general sucks. I knew I should have done my research :P
Actually, the culprit might be the Razer Synapse tool. There's many accounts of people having problems with that.

You don't really need it for the mouse to function (and if your brother used the mouse without Synapse installed that would explain why he did not have a problem), but you need it for the Naga's buttons etc. You might try uninstalling Synapse and see what happens.

I didn't have Synapse when I had my issue. I had to get it to fix it, but I did see on google disabling Synapse might fix issues.

The thing is I don't know if I have Synapse on my computer or not.

Where can I find it on my computer?

It should be on your toolbar. Mine is on the ^ show hidden icons.

...And where can I access my toolbar.

(Sincerely I am sorry for saying that)
Might be a wire inside of the cable starting to wear down. Had a few mice do that over time and use.

Elmofongo:
It's that bar at the bottom of your screen. You know, where your sound, interwebs, and other little icons are.
=)
Bottom right, near the time.

Oh that well there is no synapse icon.

Only Razer related thing is called Razer Wizard and the icon is not even appearing.

if it's running it will display a small green-and-black icon in the system tray (bottom right on desktop).

Elmofongo: OK let me explain this as best as I can. Last December I ordered what I heard was one of the best mouses for gaming, A Razor Naga Mouse (jpeg below is the exact mouse I have)

http://assets.razerzone.com/eeimages/products/13785/razer-naga-2014-right-03.png

I bought this one mostly for durability reasons, I want a mouse that can last a long time and one where I can mash the buttons a lot for games like Diablo. So during the first few months the mouse was working perfectly. But since February the mouse keeps disconnecting and reconnecting. Also I notice the when it disconnects the lights on the mouse are still on. Now at first mabye its the mouse itself, I notice that moving the cable affects it.

BUT I gave the mouse to my brother to use on his desktop, he played a whole DOTA 2 match with it (usually last less than an hour) and not once did it disconnect for him. So my brother told me the possibility that its not the mouse, but driver issues on my computer.

Right now I am just asking for your help if anyone knows how to fix this problem.

JudasIscariot: Check your USB ports. They may be getting worn down a bit and the plug from your mouse isn't making contact with the port on your PC. I had this issue with a couple of ports of mine for some odd reason. Switching to a different USB port *should* help :)
OK after I did my attempts so far the mouse is working fine.

I even lifted the mouse shake the cables a bit to see if it will still work after that and it did.

But just in case who knows if the cursor issue would come back after awhile.
