So last friday my account got stolen. (I got the email with how my email was changed)
(I was away the whole weekend so i didnt notice untill monday.)

I immediatly send a ticket to GOG and about 12 hours later i got a response saying :
Hello,
Before I can resolve this issue, I also need some sort of verification information from you - a key which you redeemed on our service.

and the ticket got closed. (Not sure if that always happens after answering but it looks weird.)

So i answered it within 3 minutes and 2 days later i still havent had a answer. I also send a second ticket to be sure.

And now it seems im logged in on my real account but on the website i logged in on a newly created account.
(I'm still logged in on my main on my pc since i didnt turn it off cause i'm hosting servers for my friends.)

There really should be a way to send tickets with a bit more importance like stolen accounts.

What was the last thing or chain reaction of sequences you remember before your account was hacked? Is the new email address have RU domen by chance? Did you redeem your gift code through a 3rd party webpage? Do or did you have the same password to some other service provider as for GOG.com? Have you accessed GOG.com through an unsecured Wi-Fi hotspot (or elsewhere outside your place)? Do you have antivirus+firewall software installed on your PC? Can you think of any other possible vulnerabilities considering your account?

Don't do that. A new ticket for the same issue will not make it more urgent, it will just push you to the back of the line, because the system prioritizes old unresolved tickets over new ones.

The matter has been resolved by GOG now.

I have done nothing that would compromise the safety of my account.
-The password used was one of a kind (Did not use it for anything else)
-Only used GOG at my home
-I have antivirus and 2 firewalls.

Luckily its resolved and now ive put a new password on it. Scary tho

If the old one got closed however, and a response not getting noted in two days (not weekend) does seem like the ticket is closed and not re-opened upon further mailing.

It does sound kinda strange why they'd close the ticket while simultaneously asking for more information on a recently redeemed key

Does it mean you bought your games directly through GOG.com?
And having 2 firewalls isn't good for your PC health either.
