at least that is how I interpret the following paragraph that I just received into an "Our legal agreements are changing" email from GOG.com:
Due to certain games that we’ll be launching in the future, we added some explanations about the legal requirements surrounding virtual item purchases.
What do you guys think?

It's pretty much spelled out. It's suggested they are doing this for Gwent, rather than other games that support/have microtransactions.
