Just wondering if GoG will able to ever get any? Does Steam have some? I really would like to see the Age of Empires and Mythology games here.

There are several on Steam.

I'd say it's highly unlikely, but with that said, they are publishing Minecraft on the Wii U so all bets might be off.

I'd agree it's unlikely they'll ever get the Steam based remakes of any Microsoft games.

But here's hoping the originals, along with all the other classic Microsoft published games show up some day.
There are so many great Microsoft games out there! I've been waiting for years for GOG to get either Age of Empires or Urban Assault. People used to say it would have been impossible for GOG to get Bethesda and LucasArts--but now both are listed here. Maybe GOG will sign up with Microsoft someday...
What I'd really like to see would be WINE packages of Age of Empires 1 and 2 for Linux on GoG. :D

Jokes aside:
A DRM-free digital version of Zoo Tycoon 1 would seriously rock.

I asked an AoE2 HD overhaul guy(the head in fact of the little modding team). He just gave a BS excuse not to and said he'll communicate my request with the M$ guys overseeing this.
I would love to see Outwars on GoG one day. I think it's a Microsoft game.
I was sure Gog had Munch's Oddysee which was published by Microsoft. But a quick search shows that no...not on gog.

And it's not that it's never been released DRM free, considering GamersGate has the OddBoxx wherein Much's Oddysee and Stranger's Wrath are DRM free (but for some reason Abe's Odysee and Exoddus have SecuRom)

I've got both in my collection for ages although Freelancer was a big disappointment, since they removed most of the initially planned freedom from it. It was still fun but... well...
In general I always liked the video games Microsoft produced before the x-box existed and got quite a few.

I thought Freelancer was pretty cool. The open-world environment was definitely a plus. The game was really fun in multiplayer mode!
Let's spread some positive energy; Yes, I'm certain that Microsoft will join GOG at some point and excellent games like Age of Empires, Age of Mythology, Rise of Nations, Dungeon Siege, Halo, Starlancer and many more will become available. :D
