CD Projekt took over Metropolis Software some years ago and I was wondering what happened to the IPs and games they developed, does CD Projekt possess them? I guess not, in that case they would probably be here (we just have Gorky 17, which is related to TopWare, and TeenAgent). Were those assets left out of the takeover and the deal was just for the studio? Maybe weren't they really owned by Metropolis in the first place?
Darn you CD Project. Buying studios for just closing them again the year after.... grumble grumble.
It looks like most of their games were published by companies now owned by Nordic, so we are unlikely to see them here.
As far as I know they also made Robo Rumble (I think it had a different title in some areas) but at least in Germany the game was also published by TopWare so I guess it's up to them to re-release it.

I recall reading somewhere that CD Projekt actually kept the personnel and was actually more (or mainly) interested in the talent rather than the company's IPs.

which is what EA does.... but when they do it it is bad.

To be fair, there have been cases where a publisher acquired an entire studio only for the intellectual property owned by it and let everyone go. I think that's worse (not sure if EA has done that).

Also when EA shut down Westwood and Bullfrog they at least kept everyone who wanted to stay and put them into other existing studios, not to mention that the original key people were long gone in both cases anyway. I think people should cut EA some slack.
