dedoporno: No, the
classic one from the original run. Has a removable chest harness, the havoc staff and the purple half of the sword of power. I also have
Nightstalker. These aren't pictures of mine as they are at my parents' house but they are the same one and in pretty much the same nice condition.
Ah, this is some OG stuff. Yeah, I'm not sure that production run ever made it to my small town in Romania where I grew up. I am a little astonished even the 200x series eventually made it. But it's great to hear that your horizons were wider growing up! It's definitely a perk in life and sets one up for a more meaningful life.
dedoporno: On one hand it's awesome as it gives them a better idea of who their dad is what what my childhood was like while it allows me to relive fragments of it through them once again. On the other hand kids nowadays are so overwhelmed by new stuff in terms of variety and quantity to the point they simply aren't capable of appreciating what they have and what it costed someone for them to have it. By extension they aren't that impressed by old toys (and new one as well) and can't comprehend their value - both emotional and physical. Fewer things are more soul-crushing than gifting your kid something you cherished and conserved for 30 years for them to break it 15 minutes later.
Oooff. Yeah, that is very rough. I am sorry to hear. :( This make me wonder about my own children one day.
