It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

The default file association for .lnk files has been changed from Explorer to Firefox, so probably changing them back will solve your problem. If you are unfamiliar with windows system files, you can always do a system restore to a point where it still worked.
The problem sorted itself out after a restart but it was either gog galaxy or witcher 3 that created the random problem, none of my peripherals are wireless and no lool my f button is not stuck that was just another symptom of the random madness :), completely scanned everything as soon as it happened and it was'ent a virus, problems gone now anyway.
Your PC just wanted to pay respect. You can't blame it for it. :-)
