[This is a sticky post, it will be visible in every single page of this thread. It has been published in October 2020.]

Our moderation team decided not to take a side in the discussion since this giveaway thread was created by the community and, as long as there are no forum rules violated, is up to you, dear Gogers, to decide its fate. We will not set giveaway rules, edit the OP's post, nor lock the whole thread.

However, to make it easier for newcomers to understand the situation (about the OP being inactive and other), I will stick my own post right above the first one.

You are, of course, free to create new threads to start anew and make your own, clear rules. At the same time, please stay reasonable when crating them, as multiple new duplicates might make it even more confusing for many Gogers.

That being said, here you can find a post with dxenija's community poll to have better understanding of the situation: CLICK.

At the time of writing, open giveaway threads are:
- Massive Giveaways Blog (this one)
- Free (temporary) keys giveaway central topic.
- Updated Itch.io giveaways

Be nice to each other *flies away*

Epic Games:

Five Nights at Freddy's: Into the Pit - Link
Five Nights at Freddy's is a popular survival horror game, known for its "Survive Five Nights" format.
This is a new chapter in the series, that uses the side-scroller mechanism in its gameplay.
It doesn't need much introduction.
I always had the impression that this game takes place in a retro arcade.
This new game takes retro to another level.
Instead of looking at a retro CCTV monitor and stuck with vintage mechanical equipment,
The entire game is presented in a retro horror style.
8-bit pixel arcade horror takes the stage in FNAF.
But are you up for the challenge?

Features single player!

Brief description from the storepage:
Survive five nights of terror in this chilling adventure game. Travel between time periods to solve puzzles, gather clues, and outrun the threat pursuing you. Move swiftly and stay hidden, and you may just survive. But be careful—it's not just your own life that’s on the line.

Bendy and The Ink Machine - Link
This famous first person cartoon horror game is as popular as Amnesia back then.
Do I need to say more?
You play as Henry, and you must face your own demons and fears from the past.
You have long retired from being a cartoon animator, but one day you receive an invitation.
Someone invites you to revisit your old studio, Joey Drew Studios.
Once you enter, you see ink everywhere!
Ink is seeping through the walls and dripping from the ceiling.
You must explore your old workshop and discover what happened.
Be careful! Because you are not alone.

Features single player!

Brief description from the storepage:
Bendy and the Ink Machine® is a first-person puzzle action horror game that begins in the far days past of animation and ends in a very dark future.

Other ongoing giveaways:
RAVEN2 - Dark Fantasy MMORPG F2P

Epic Games Mobile
Bendy and The Ink Machine - Bring the ink monster with you!

Apple

Next time: Felix The Reaper and Idle Champions of the Forgotten Realms

Purrfect! After installation, Bendy and The Ink Machine is DRM-free!
The game can run without the client active and no workaround needed.
Launch the exe file directly without resource hogging DRMs!

Famous indie first person horror game is DRM-free without extra fuss, what is there not to like? Meowtastic!

Sadly, region lock strikes again! The following countries cannot join our inky or Freddy's horror for now:
Australia, Korea, Russia

I get a "Success! STASIS was added to your library." but not a gift code transaction (I already had the game in my library before) - so seems like it will not yield additional gift keys for owners (unless this isn't intended behavior and will be sorted later).

Already had the game and got my gift code. I don't know what went wrong in your case.

In another thread they say that even people not yet having the game in their library do not get it and also no gift code, so it's at least not intentional behaviour to not give it to people already having it, which I thougt at first.

Question about the weekly iOS app freebies thru Epic.

I’ve been pretty much iOS device only for a few years now. It appears that the Epic iOS app is not available in the US, and the redemption codes don’t come thru in the purchase emails. Any way I can get these codes/games using my iOS tablet only?

No, it is not part of the Apple AppStore because of apple's decision. It is only on Europe appstore due to EU regulations.
We can only wait until Apple approves Epic Mobile for other countries.

So at least it's not only a problem on my side. I don't get any gift code, and when following https://www.gog.com/giveaway/claim I recieve "{"message":"Already claimed"}"
Hopefully it get sorted until the giveaway is over, I wanted to gift it to the community giveawy.
