Our moderation team decided not to take a side in the discussion since this giveaway thread was created by the community and, as long as there are no forum rules violated, is up to you, dear Gogers, to decide its fate. We will not set giveaway rules, edit the OP's post, nor lock the whole thread.

However, to make it easier for newcomers to understand the situation (about the OP being inactive and other), I will stick my own post right above the first one.

You are, of course, free to create new threads to start anew and make your own, clear rules. At the same time, please stay reasonable when crating them, as multiple new duplicates might make it even more confusing for many Gogers.

I believe the order in which your favourite threads are shown depends on when the last reply was made. So once I post this, this thread should jump up on top of all other favourited threads, and remain there until someone posts in one of them.

As far as I'm aware you cannot customise the order yourself.

In the general discussion list, yes, they're in the order of last reply, as are the others, just that favorite ones are always on top. On the community page on the other hand they're in the order of creation, but separated by forum (I think, have just one from a game forum and that's below all those from general).

Actually it is the Barefoot Essentials script that allows you to group all threads with "giveaway" in title. (Even though you should really install both since AF offers many other advantages and features).

I don't really use GOG much, so I don't really see a need for all those advantages since I usually just check the subforums and that's it. But thanks! I remember this was mentioned a lot in the past when the author was active and updating it.
