Used to be able to manually sort my games in the past, it doesn't seem to work anymore?

That feature was removed and they don't seem to intend to bring it back. It's been replaced with Tagging.

That makes no sense. It's stylized like a shelf, why wouldn't I be able to rearrange the boxes on my shelf? I hope they reconsider.

Well, that's how it was presented. "Use tagging to find your games better and you won't need manual sorting." I can't make sense of much (if any) of the My Account changes, so I'm certainly can't explain it. {shrug}
