Not sure if trolling or not, but here:

GOG Wishlist

Click the show all button that appears next to the features category and then proceed to add your wish. Then ask people to vote for it I guess.

GL at any rate

I think Heroes 3 should work quite well in Wine. Give it a try.
It might not be up to GOG to provide a Mac/Linux version, it's usually up to the publisher

It already works perfectly well with Wine, doesn't need any tweaking or anything, takes about 30 seconds using Wineskin including the installation. "Losing business to third party apps like Parallels"...that made absolutely no sense of any kind.
Well, I've known for a while that Mac users tend to be a little clownshoes when it comes to using computers, but this takes the horn and honks it.

Edit: HOMM 3 was released in 1999. That was back on the PowerPC. Even if a Mac port existed, it would be outright impossible to run today. The HD version doesn't have a Mac Port.

Given the incredibly derpy things sometimes said here by many Windows users, Mac users don't have anything like a monopoly on that sort of thing.

Contact Ubisoft.

:D

I'm no fan of Apple / Mac but that gave me a solid belly laugh. ta! :)
Ya you need to contact Ubisoft as they own the IP and control what platforms it is made available for. GOG is just a storefront the product is sold on and can only offer the product the way the IP holder has allowed them to.
I use Wine on my Linux PC and run really well, try it on Mac maybe you can run it, nother option is use a Source port like VCMI that is 100% compatible with MAC, PC, LINUX and ANDROID
