mrkgnao: Thank you so much for all your trouble!
No worries. Thanks to you I was notified about intrusive Yandex spyware. Now I know how to create and use custom block lists. As of now everything is clear and I can finally see the game ID in my default Opera browser, meaning that all users normally should see it.

Instructions on how to find the library ID of a game you own (in Firefox; should be similar in other web browsers):

1) Go to your library on GOG
2) Type the name of the game in the search filter so its entry appears on screen
3) Press F12 to open the "Tools" panel
4) Go to the Network tab in the "Tools" panel
5) If the Network tab is not empty, click on the dustbin icon at the top left corner of the panel to clear it
6) Click on the game's entry in your library to open its file list
7) Three or so lines should appear in your Network tab
8) One of them (usually the second) should have under the File column something like "<10-digit-number>.json"
9) The 10-digit-number is the library ID

Since GOG Wiki is gone, I can no longer find library IDs for games I do not own. For most games, the library ID is the same as the store ID, but for some it's not, and MaGog needs the library ID in order to monitor the game's downloadable files

So, from now on, I'll occasionally ask here for library IDs. If you own the game in question, please post the library ID here. Instructions for finding the library ID are available here:

Library ID Request #1:
Bard's Tale IV: Barrows Deep

Library ID Request #2:
Pathfinder: Kingmaker

Thanks.

Bard's Tale IV: Barrows Deep

If it matters I was a kickstarter backer, so I'm not 100% which edition it is. Seems like it may be the standard.

do you know about
https://api.gog.com/v2/games/1127581981?locale=en-US
?

that one is for: Pathfinder: Kingmaker - Explorer Edition id:1127581981 type:PACK

looking under _links->includesGames you'll find a link to:
https://api.gog.com/v2/games/1982293831?locale=en-US

which should be the actual game//library id that you are looking for

Thank you!!

Perhaps it does matter that it's a kickstarter version because the api link for the ID (https://api.gog.com/products/1178190421?expand=downloads,expanded_dlcs,related_products,changelog) you quote yields a 404. But then there are a few other games (e.g. Ion Fury) that have the same issue.

So, if someone else has a non-kickstarter version, I'd appreciate another check.

I was aware of this trick, but I had tried it a few times in the past and it didn't seem to work, so I stopped checking.

Can you explain why it works for "Pathfinder: Kingmaker", but not for "Bard's Tale IV" or "Ion Fury"?

maybe someone who owns the game could try to click on the link above? (while being logged into the website)
I vaguely remember we saw that before that for some games the product info was not accessible unless you owned the game.

no idea.
Metadata maintance is hard ?
:p
maybe GOG just messed up entering the data ...

I never really looked at this api extensively. Don't know if there are any patterns wrt to where it works and where not.

Both comments make "GOG" sense...

404s for me as well. Double checked the ID to make sure it was correct, and it is.

Another side effect of the same bug, I believe, is that if I look at your game library in your profile (https://www.gog.com/u/jagger2k7/games?sort=alphabetically&order=asc), "The Bard's Tale IV" does not appear there at all, as if you didn't own it. I would guess that you can't see it there either (unlike in your library).

I'm guessing that someone at GOG has set some "hidden" flag by mistake for this game (and some others too).

More updates:

* Changed the "Achievements" field from carrying only popular achievements (as on the GOG store game pages) to carrying all achievements (as on your GOG profile game pages)

* Added four more tables (Tables XII/XIII: Addition/Release Year x Number of DLCs, and Tables XIV/XV: Addition/Release Year x Full US Price) to the metrics page

* Removed all Gogmixopedia data from MaGog, as it had become too outdated following the deletion of all mixes by GOG some 11 months ago
--- Note: All the historical Gogmixopedia data can still be found here (http://www.an-ovel.com/downloads/gogmix.json) in JSON format, just in case someone wishes to browse it.

* Where available, manually added past sale data for games removed from GOG before MaGog's birth or while not covered by "Legacy" Mode, primarily from IsThereAnyDeal

* Added "Mac OS X 10.14.0 or newer" to the list of searchable operating systems

Moved MaGog's regular update run schedule ahead (or back) by three hours to better coincide with GOG's newish sale schedule.

Small update:

* Added filtering by, sorting by and display of number of achievements
