Hi I am new to the mac computing but i ve heard that opengl will be completely dropped from os mojave to favor metal. What does that mean for our games here? ) Will there be a complete move to metal or bootcamp will be the only option for people who want to game through os x? Any answer will be helpful and thank you in advance.

P.S. will wine be a must in x64 for all games on mojave +?

OpenGL will be "depreciated" in Mojave, but not completely removed. So OpenGL apps will still run, but the OpenGL libraries for MacOS will no longer be updated or officially supported. At some indeterminate point in the future, OpenGL may be completely removed and/or become incompatible.

This article sums it up pretty succinctly:
https://www.macrumors.com/2018/06/05/apple-deprecates-opengl-opencl-gaming/

I like this analogy that one developer gave:
"It's not doomsday, it's more like Apple building a giant EMP machine and saying 'we might or might not use this.'"
^ This. OpenGL was in a pretty bad state anyway, but since a lot of programs depend on it I don't think it will disappear anytime soon. Quicktime 7 has been deprecated for ages but was still available for install, for example.

Id have preferred if they had went with Vulcan instead of Metal as a successor but apart from that its actually very decent. Performance for both Rise of the Tomb Raider and Deus Ex Mankind Divided seemed very close to the DX12 versions for me, much better than any OpenGL port we've had.

Also, 32bit support is still there as well, despite what some news sites have been writing, the warning message when starting old programs just got a bit more dramatic. I tried a few Wine wrappers (some made by GOG, some made myself) and they all worked.

The Mojave Beta runs really well for me so far, just waiting for updated Wacom drivers... like always :P

To be frank, it's not like Apple has updated OpenGL in a long time anyway. OpenGL 4.1 is already 8 years old now.

For now. From what I've read, it's very likely the macOS version after that will completely ax 32-bit compatibility.
