I'm surprised no one mentioned Horizon Zero Dawn.

anzial: I'm surprised no one mentioned Horizon Zero Dawn.
Horizon ZD asks for a 3GB 780 card min and 4GB R9 290...for desktop cards.

Before the 1000 series of cards on the mobile side for Nvidia, most GPU's were way behind their desktop brothers by quite a bit performance-wise and/or generation-wise.

With and since the 10xx series of mobile cards, 10xx mobiles were close to their desktop brothers by around 10% weaker or so, in general.

Will HZD even boot up or run on a 2GB 820m?

Hmmmm....

[looks around online]

Yeah, even a 920m doesn't look like it'll run HZD PC even in the 20's. Ouch.

Snowstone: Not sure I'll be able to run Prey (At least the new one), might be able to run the original Prey. Which one were you talking about?
The new Prey. I don't know the minumum requirements but maybe Google around, 'cause like I said it ran extremely well at ultra settings on my very mid-range PC at the time. It wouldn't surprise me at all if you could run it on lower settings at a laptop resolution.

Snowstone: I tried playing Fallout 3, but couldn't get into it, not sure why, it just didn't click.
Fallout 3 has very poor writing and quest design in my opinion, and the stealth is harmed a lot by the weapons on offer. New Vegas has MUCH better story and quests, with a great faction system, so if that stuff makes it sound more appealing give it a shot. The stealth is pretty similar though.

Like I said the stealth in Fallout 4 is dramatically improved, so when you can run that be sure to give it a shot. Skyrim with a bow and arrow also, as I said before. You can tell Bethesda made improving stealth a priority in these games.

Snowstone: snip
You should definitely check out the STALKER games then. Also, the original FEAR should run well on your system, it has a immersive story, atmosphere, and gunplay but lacks stealth.

The Bioshock games are also worth looking into. Especially if you liked System Shock 2.

Aliens versus predator classic and its sequel are worth checking out. I think that the latter is abandonware and you will need some tweaking to get it to run on your windows 10 system. Both games have a fantastic atmosphere and stealth elements.

I also think that Manhunt does not get enough love. Then there's Chronicles of Riddick: Assault on Dark Athena.

Also, if you haven't played classics like Thief, MGS, System Shock 2, or Deus Ex then they are definitely worth checking out.

Personally, I love Vampire The Masquerade: Bloodlines but it may not be for everyone.

I'd also second the recommendation for Clive Barker's Undying. It's a fantastic game with great level design and very good storytelling.
