I think it was made by a Czech company? it was a turn based strategy game which you played humans vs orcs and other fantasy creatures

I would guess that your best bet for a downloadable copy is to use the contact link on their site and ask them if they've thought about putting their games on GOG.

Good game, hard as nails in some areas - damn skeletons. I don't think I ever finished it... should install it again sometime. It worked out of the box in XP and Vista as far as I remember.

Barring finding your boxed copy again or convincing Cauldron to rerelease it, you can always get it on oldgames.sk
It also used to pop up on ebay from time to time some years ago, that's where I got my copy from.
