It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).

I have a new website project . Discussed with some friends and tried something about graphical designs but none of them create something viable :/ I need help from some graphical artist . We need a logo . I know GOG forums has many good and friendly people . Please help me . Thanks
Is it as business website?
Anyway I would suggest a minimaltic logo.
Go for simple coloured text or text with some small objects.
Like amazon logo or legend of grimrock icon logo.
My advice is don't devote a lot of effort to graphic design, font choice, and logo. Certainly, your website should be clear, well-organized, easy to navigate, and easy to read. Most importantly, it should provide some useful content or service. But you certainly don't need to devote special attention to graphics and a logo to achieve these things.

Asking for a (presumably free) logo on the gog forums gives the impression that your site is not a serious venture.

Deliver decent content neatly. Worry about branding and making everything pretty later.

Nope , it's about a fanstasy-role playing . I made some basic text design but someone find them too retro . Then I decided to ask help to someone but they want too much money like 200-300 $ for a small hobby site logo :S
If it's a website then it will be easier to make funny or cool logo of website's name or it's short form or what that website contains.
For pics you can use cc licenced images.
Or make a doodle on a paper and scan it. Do some minor changes and your handy logo is complete.
I agree with grimwerk, focus on content first.

That said, do you have a link to the site? What's the purpose of your site? Do you have a rough vision for what your logo should look like?

With web design, I would consider the Any Browser Campaign recommendations.

The problem is at the moment it's don't have any content :) Because it's still on the project state . I am improving code , style etc. You know Facebook nearly killed every websites after 2005 . People are really lazy for pay attention to something . So I want to be sure everything polished enough before make it public . For logo I don't want something too complicated as others said , I want something like a doodle and website's name :)
And to be honest Retro design is far better than head hurting modern design.
While I cannot promise to make something you like, or something that'll grab the attention of your audience, I am willing to make a try on the logo (just don't ask me to build or even design the site - while I enjoy working on web design, I'll never actually get to a stage where it's usable).

Tell me what you're looking for and show me what you've done so far and I can offer some suggestions and/or come up with an idea or three myself, should you wish to.

Yeah, I know what you mean there. Getting the code and everything up to snuff is challenging, and you will need to get the site ready for the public. Just don't, as I have in the past, get stuck in trying to reach perfection.

My personal site, Sudoman's Domain, was something I did for fun. I had been working on it for a while, and then in 2012 just decided to publish it. Having it available publicly forced me to prioritize and finish it quickly! I still work on the coding, making it better as I go along.

I could wait :D It's not urgent at the moment
Create some dummy content for the site (lorem ipsum with placeholder pics) that is along the lines of the kinds of articles and features you'll want on the finished site. You'll need to think about content even if you don't have any otherwise your navigation is going to need reworking pretty quickly.

Usually with any creation the name is the last thing decided on. Leave finalising the logo and even the name until last.
