It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

Something really weird happened. For a couple of days, every time I tried to log into GOG, I'd click the "Sign In" thing and it would just load for a VERY long time but never show the screen for me to type my username and password.

The corner of the browser said that it was loading various things, but when it finished doing that, it still didn't stop loading forever.

I finally had to log in through the support website instead, and then redirect to the main website. That actually worked, but I'm not sure why. I haven't tried logging out and back in again, so I don't know whether it will work or not.

Does anyone know why this would happen?

No idea.

What browser.
Same problem. Round loading sign, nearly impossible to sign in.

Also the News are not showing up at the bottom of the page.

I'm using Firefox. 00063, did you have to log in using the other button on the support site or did you get the regular one to work somehow?

Using Firefox as well. Don't know about the support site, but for some weird reason the login is still there invisible behind the spinning circle. Seriously though hit the stupid invisible facebook button like six times before finally finding the the invisible e-mail and password. If gog doesn't want us to use their site, they are doing a tremendous job.

This is a MAJOR issue so hopefully it gets fixed soon!

I'm having the same issue with Firefox too.
Same issue here but only since today, also using Firefox.

Logged in through support site.

Happened to me too in IE11. Click on login and scroll down on the frontpage. I can't understand why, but the login screen appears after doing that. If I don't scroll down, it doesn't appear at all.

Tested the login at home and at work.
At home (Windows 8.1): extremely slow in both Pale Moon and IE, almost no delay in Galaxy
At work (Windows 10): slow to extremely slow in Pale Moon and IE. almost no delay in Chrome, minor delay in FF. FF actually loaded the front page completely (news included) and the fastest by far.

The problem with the front page appearing in random languages still hasn't been fixed completely. The bar on top of the page and the pull downs from it are in English, but parts of the front page have appeared in German and French at home and in Russian at work.

Haven't checked every browser, but Pale Moon doesn't load the news section and IE doesn't load anything below SOF (both at home).

It sounds like the thing is just appearing behind other things on the webpage, like they're being drawn in the wrong order, probably as a side effect because of the new changes to the website. Speaking of which, does anyone know why a lot of stuff is listed as having a price, but also says "free" next to it?

Scrolling down resolved this for me too. Cheers!
I blamed it on me being on the ol' Firefox 52.9.0 ESR release, but since lots of users with fresher browser builds are reporting the same frustrating waiting-to-be-let-in game: GOG, please fix this.
Yeah, Firefox recently told me to upgrade, but said that the newest version isn't compatible with old operating systems, and I'm using Vista, so I can't upgrade.

You are welcome! I hope GOG actually do something about it, the bug still happens... And it's not the only one for me :(
I didn't want to create a new post so I'll just say this here. When going through the store, I'm not able to goto the next page of games. Or select individual pages either, because there's no link when rolling the mouse cursor over the page number links.

Thank you, that allowed me to log-in. Have to roll the mouse-wheel around to get the the log-in box to pop up.

However, now I am stuck with the same problem I have had for years: I CAN'T GET MY GAMES PAGE TO LOAD. I see the "My collection" "Update" "Hidden" "Clear Filters", but under that is nothing but a constant spinning load circle.

I agree with 00063, GOG is really doing a great job preventing people from using their flippin' site.
