I only looked at unconfirmed list. ;)

You asked earlier about Sword of the Samurai. It uses dosbox 0.74, both on Linux and on Windows.

Wasteland 1: The Original Classic uses a custom wrapped DOSBox build. Not sure if you want to include it.
No trace of DOSBox in Labyrinth of Time. Seems to be a native program, even on Linux.

Is that old? setup_waxworks_2.0.0.3.exe appears to contain dosbox 0.74.
