omega64: Hm, I haven't gotten any Rad Rodgers achievements, I should have at LEAST gotten the one for finding the excalibat. Guess it's broken?

TentacleMayor: Is anyone getting achievements on Bioshock Infinite? I'm past Memorial Island and have gotten zilch.

Alexim: I'm sure I saw many people unlock them, it could be a problem related to antivirus or firewall as it has happened other times.

TentacleMayor: I dunno, I'm completely stumped. I've tried deleting every rule regarding the game on my firewall, tried allowing it as an exception, even tried running the game with the firewall turned off. No dice.

Edit: nvm, I've found that achievements don't trigger unless I launched the game without an internet connection. Odd.

alexandros050: I can't remember which achievements are bugged but there are a lot of them and some people have reported the problems on the subforums of the games.

Skargoth: Achievements for "Think of the Children" are broken. Tried both available versions 20171019 and 1.01.03, but couldn't unlock anything in either.

Edit: Nevermind. Just tried again on the newer version and I could unlock something. It's just the "Fashion Souls" achievement that's broken I guess. And I did get the "I'm not touching that." achievement by doing nothing and losing the game. Not sure if that's intentional.

Patias: I can confirm that the Noob achievement is not working on Shock Troopers. The problem with this achievement doesn't just exist on GOG, the Steam version has the same problem.

It is worth mentioning that the fact that GOG points out that this achievement was achieved by 0.1% of users of the game can be justified by two reasons:

A) Visual bug (less likely);

B) Use of illicit cheating programs.

In the Steam version the logic is the same.

I would also like to report that Caladrius Blaze Gathered Power achievement was not unlocked by me, even though I met the requirement twice.

Unlike the Noob achievement, I found no reports that obtaining Gathered Power would be in trouble with the GOG and Steam versions, so I think:

A) The fact that people have this achievement on both platforms may again be justified by the use of cheating programs;

B) For some reason, this is a random bug, which may affect some user. As it is a counting achievement, maybe some save problem? Do not know. Perhaps.

It remains for me to uninstall Caladrius Blaze from my computer and delete all save files to try a third and last time from the beginning. So as soon as I do, I'll be back here to update them.

Note that because this achievement in Caladrius Blaze is not possible, it is also impossible to obtain Fly Caladrius, whose goal is to obtain all the achievements of the game.
