Yes, I know Steam is evil :-P.
Just passing the information for anyone interested.
To anyone that doesn't have this game already, get it. It's a masterpiece. Very short (frustratingly so) but great.
Thanks+1

I followed Limbo obsessively during its development. It was one of the only interesting danish games in a long time, and everything I heard about it made me want to play it. Very few games dares to go fully black and white, and the animation looked really fluid. Alas, back then it was an Xbox exclusive, so I couldn't play it. Later I became somewhat aware that it was somewhere on steam, but it had kind of slipped off my radar.
Thirded.

Great game, far too short though.
I hope this means there`s a sequel en route...
I always felt that after the forest bit the game really lost its charm.
A solid evening's worth of great fun. Highly recommended.
Thanks!

On the contrary I think the length is perfect. So many AAA games are pointlessly padded out. At least indies aren't afraid of being concise in their delivery.

There's charm in being horribly mutilated? Okay.
Limbo now confirmed for GOG connect.

But.. could I redeem the game to a Steam account without installing anything?
Also, does a connected game stay on Gog if it's removed in the future from Steam?

You could try doing it through the steam site... since it's a keyless offer, it might work that way too. Might.

Yes, you can. Click "Install Game" and the game will be registered to your Steam account.

Assuming that the game will actually become available on GOG connect, then, in the case that the game is removed from your Steam account, GOG reserves the right to remove from your GOG account, as well.

You click install game, it adds the game to your currently open account, and you're done.

Connected game stays in your GOG account. It's just a key activation, not an umbilical cord.

You'd probably need to sync the two accounts again for GOG to know, though.
