I don't know about you guys, but I encountered this lazy man at the Flea Market whose name I can't remember. This man can be found on top of his thin mattress, taking a rest below the scattered leaning debris of the destroyed worn out building (the flea market). Despite the fact that traders there work/open during the nighttime (from the data I got from one of the traders that was open during the day), he was the only one that still remained asleep or at least half asleep when I approached him. The worst part is that when I did manage to talk to him, he just told me to find another time to do business with him. This leaves me helpless, since I'm just an ordinary mercenary that tries to make a living by selling the weapons that I have at my disposal in the middle of a wasteland. Enough seeking for sympathy though.

Btw, if you are kind enough to help me, can you guys pls tell me the places where I can find traders that do allow me to sell my weapons (other than the clear sky base)? Thank you :)

Far as I remember each faction will allow you to trade - as long as your reputation is good enough with them.
Theres no real central trade "hub" (such as 100 Rads Bar or the Skadovsk from SoC / CoP) though.
and as to the lazy guy... I recall you do eventually get to speak with him (wont say anymore as its a spoiler).

GOG used to automatically add the game subforum (under the "community" tab) upon aquiring the game, but thats long since passed.

yup - though you'll need to build a reputation with them first by doing some missions - and joining any faction CAN cause you some problems with other factions of course.

I once had an old account named RemKagerou (no need to worry, I'm not a scammer. I never participated in any thread using this account before). One day I decided to change my name to OrinaRemanebit and found out that the only way to change it is by contacting this service department. So I sent an email to GOG, and never received any reply from GOG until June 2, 2015 (I took screenshot of it). It says the name has already been taken because I had decided to create a new account named OrinaRemanebit before I received that reply from GOG. Notice something similar? The name Rem from RemKagerou comes from Remanebit.
