Most likely their trying to trade/sell it if they still haven't redeemed it yet.

I realize that I'm quite late for this report, but I just noticed something.

A while ago I posted a Jagged Alliance giveaway in the Ninja thread: http://www.gog.com/forum/general/ninja_giveaway/post64149

and user gildor2603 won it. I PM'ed him the code right then, but I looked in my gift inventory just now and it still hasn't been redeemed. Holy crap, it's been... months. Has anyone else experienced an issue like this with that specific user?

doesnt look good: http://www.gog.com/forum/general?search=gildor2603 - ive only ever seen them in the gifting threads myself.
either way, you should probably get someone to redeem that game asap to prevent any possible misuse!

I have only seen him on the Ninja Giveaway and on the gifting threads. Make of that what you will.

I saw nothing of that Gildor fellow ever since the old giveaway... even more evidence that he was just messing around. Glad that the game now finally found a home!

good gubbins! - shame more platforms dont have GOG's idea when it comes to gifts. ive no doubt there are dozens of steam keys from bundles ive given out that are still unredeemed.

ROTFLMAO - you can't really tell unless you try redeeming them yourself
