You really shouldn't give this a pass.

King of Dragon Pass, the updated version of the seminal strategy/RPG with innovative storytelling, is now available DRM-free on GOG.com with a 50% discount until December 10, 11PM UTC.

Almost 20 years after its original release, the fantasy classic returns with a sharper UI and the lovely illustrations cleaned up to be more on par with modern standards. Its seminal worldbuilding and addictive gameplay are as absorbing as ever, plus the added content promises to give veterans extra incentive to return to this wonderful saga.

This is a free update for all owners of the classic version, which is now included in this as a bonus goodie.

Thanks for the free upgrade.

This was the first game I ever got really stoked about after hearing of it. I got it as soon as it was affordably available on gog. And yet I've never more than scratched the surface of it. I think my strong desire to try and play a game perfectly always made me fearful of going too far into it. I think it's time I just jump in, get going and see how far I can get.

Very nice news for a great game!
Already enjoyed it in it's classic form, so when I return to it I'll definitely give the remastered a go.

Do NOT buy this crap from the ass-handed Herocraft mobile game developers (it's a shame they're Russian as well as myself)!

It's far better to get the original version (if it's still available here on GOG).

The original version is still available in your library, under game goodies. Can't post a screenshot because GoG allows them only up to 500kb and I'm too lazy to edit.
