It’s time to brew coffee and stretch your fingers – after a few years of absence, the Insomnia Promo event is back on GOG! With it arrive the best deals and the exciting anticipation that will drive away your sleep, while also giving loads of fun!

This Summer Sale on GOG is already full of deep discounts, yet we saved the most delicious treats, especially for the Insomnia Promo. How does it work? Starting now, once every 6 hours a new great game will appear here, bearing an insanely deep discount. Right now, you can already see the first title – the best-selling strategy game Frostpunk 85% off!

What’s the catch? Every game appearing during the event will only have 6 hours to catch your attention. After the time runs out, a new game will appear, while the former one will get back on our Summer Sale with the initial, lower discount. The other factor you have to be aware of is the limited stock of Insomnia deals!

So, be on the lookout, because cool titles like Leisure Suit Larry - Wet Dreams Don't Dry and Solasta: Crown of the Magister Supporter Edition are bound to appear at the Insomnia Promo event at some time (when? We’ll just have to wait and see ;)). So, take that caffeine shot and be on the lookout for great discounted games!
Let's see if Sonico gonna kick some beef and get on the sale :)

ssling: Interesting, Werewolf got deeper discount than previously.
I saw that briefly too but it went up again, I think it was a mistake. I think US price it was briefly $3.19 or something around there and went up to $3.74.

Edit: well, it is still saying 75% off for me too, maybe my eyes/memory plaing tricks on me or just an extra odditiy.

Yes, it was showing as 75% discount for me. Purchased! ;) I'm not particularly fond of visual novels, but I am fond of exceptional creativity. Game seems to have positive reviews, overall.

You, or other people, have been posting throughout the sale about Sonico. What is Sonico? I tried looking it up on here and saw a game with a character called Super Sonico but I don't know if that is what you are talking about. Google had the same thing and mentioned a (defunct?) Spanish social networking site or something. From the way it was mentioned in here I thought it was a publisher or something.

53 copies sold, confirmed

That's unexpected ... PC Building Simulator wasn't discounted during the previous Insomnia 2022 event period AFAIK ?

edit: it could be a possible mistake, and the tags might get changed again (for a different, previously discounted game) just prior to the next hour window ... of course, I'm just speculating here based on what happend earlier (tags for HItman: Blood Money being changed to tags for Disciples 2 Gold)

PC Building Sim technicly makes no sense, because they said only games that are not in the sale already and according to the list, it wasnt in the insomnia this sale.

So i think thats a mistake? But not sure, would be really weird if they change how they handle this. Would imagine most people not watching the insomnia now, because it should be the same games we already know of.
It's gotta be a red herring right?
Instead of doing Hitman Blood Money they did Absolution instead...
Now PC Build Sim might show up?
We know where this is going gog :) The keaning is coming, I can smell the pain

Nope, Absolution was already on the list at number 10, whereas Blood Money was supposed to be number 49 or 50 ... supposedly ... but some bug happened it seems.

Blood Money is also on the list (#30). It was supposed to be the first game on rewind, then they replaced it with Disciples 2 for an unknown reason (perhaps it fell asleep).

In the original run, there was a 6-hour gap between #47 and #48, in which there was no insomnia game. My guess is that "PC Building Simulator" was intended for that slot, but got bugged out, and now they're trying to rectify it. Which is why it's 6 (not 1) hours long and has 3,000 (not 500) copies.

Guess they really put pc building sim on there. So confused right now.

Does this mean we get new sales now? Or this just be a placeholder because Hitman Blood Money sold out?

Either way, its a bit sad seeing a game that originally was already discounted, what they say they wouldnt do.
We KNOW for a fact that PC Build Sim was NOT one of those 49 entries.
This is red herring territory, how do we know this?
Look at the timer, it's not running hourly on this one, it's broken back to 6 hours...omg teh keaning is coming LOL
Right! the PC Building Simulator deal is running for six hours. Look's like it's time for sleep...

Edit: I'll take that 'e', and replace it with an 'r'...
