Long winter nights are a perfect time to fully immerse yourself into games. That’s why we joined forces with CORSAIR to bring you a contest with fantastic prizes that will make your winter gaming sessions even more unforgettable.

The rules of this competition are simple: Imagine that you can play only one game during long winter nights this year. Which title from the GOG.COM library would you pick?

The long dark, its a good game,its set in winter and you feel really comfy that you're actually in a warm and safe place IRL.

Pathfinder: Kingmaker. This is without a doubt the game I would be able to immerse myself in for hours on end. The depth of character creation alone can take 30 minutes to a hour. The volume of options available to you via the different class and even alignment abilities gives you a breadth of options unparalleled in most modern games. The game is the most like the old pen and paper, PnP, games I used to be able to play with my friends. Due to this nostalgic effect I have been and will be able to immerse myself for hours on in. And running a kingdom is just fun.

My favorite game for those long winter days is Stardew Valley.

The game just doesn't get boring so you can easily play for long long stretches and not feel guilty about it.

From Farming, To mining, to fishing, and cooking. You are talking to townsfolk, creating friendships and selecting your perfect partner to get married. Slaying beasts, and working to unlock the Community Center and selling items to rack up as much money as you can. Strategically plotting the best layouts for your farm to maximize your profits or focusing on hitting the deepest layer of mines are both worthy goals.

All in all, with so much to do, on these long winter days, Stardew Valley is my choice.

#MyWinterGame I'd probably go with Cyberpunk 2077 because it has to be long. Also it should have plenty of content to play whole season. So yeah, Cyberpunk looks like the perfect title for me. I could've gone with some hardcore RPGs or grand strategy games but I don't want to dig into that kind of text world and tough learning curve right now. Cyberpunk has more mainstream approach into gameplay. That's why, I choose Cyberpunk.

Long winter nights are just perfect and cold
But sadly, I live in Rio, which is as hot as hell
I'd be playing The Witcher 3 until it got old
Just to feel that breeze wherever I dwell

I'd stick to where is cold and avoid all else
Expecially those damp swamps and cellars
I'd be just like Geralt but all covered in pelts
But in real life would be sweating, and nothing else.

Diablo is quite the nice game to play on long winter nights, especially with a friend. Even though the game is quite old, the cheesy voice acting and the lovely music (especially Tristram) help paint quite the enchanting atmosphere that is quite timeless.
