Random_Coffee: Cool! Congratulations on your first game! :) I'm also making my first game (ActionScript), I'll look into PuzzleScript, as it also seems pretty nice for game development. Nice work! :D
Thank you! :) And good luck with your game! :) PuzzleScript is easy to learn so definitely give it a try!

sasuke12: Played the game for a few minutes.

I liked the balance of puzzles. Not too hard, not too easy either.

Puzzle games like these are good for keeping my mind sharp.

Perhaps having a soundtrack in it would be better and make it more immersive.

7.5/10.
Glad you liked it :) I was thinking about adding music, but it needs to be under no copyright protection and not annoying (because it will be looping) AND fit the feeling of the game. So I just haven't find a good one yet. But I'm working on it :D

Congratulations, well done :)
It's a very nice try. I'm no programmer, but anything that requires to focus and write code for it, is worth mentioning!
And, objectively, it's way better than that Uriel Thasm game.

flummoxed: I'm so freakin' proud even though it's just a demake made in PuzzleScript. I'd like you guys to see it and maybe give me feedback possibly perhaps maybe? :) Also, do you remember the game Kye? It was one of my first games ever, and I loved it ever since. Hence the demake. :)

It's available from everywhere. And by everywhere, I mean , [url=http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/655401]Newgrounds and itch.io :D
I was thinking, maybe you could design some onscreen controls for the game, to make it accessible to touch based devices and mouse use. Maybe some sound at some point too.

Simple but great game, keep working on it :-)
Well done! Great to see you working on this stuff!
Let us know when you make your next one! :)
Congrats mate, great effort!
Congratulations on a job well done!

Your game has inspired me and looking into the history of kye and puzzescript has given me some very interesting insights on game history and development.

I wrote a few informal notes:

+ puzzles look a little confusing at first but can be solved through trial. maybe good to have r=retry persistant note somewhere during game screen so people remember they can restart the level
+ I like the text snippets/humor and that the text is pixelated, keeping in with the feeling of the game
+ despite the low rez, the main character green ball actually feels like it has some sort of character, like it's thinking "what the hell do i do now"?
+ and when it's pushing things i imagine it going like "hrnnngghh..." and stuff.
~ reminiscent of apple basic programs copied out of the back of magazines
~ might be too confusing or frustrating for some to do trial/error. perhaps more explanation text or labels like "suction" or "key" would help the general undrestanding
~ not sure if doing this would dumb down the explorative nature of the game, however.
Congrats on your first game!

I liked it. The difficulty on the last couple of levels is quite nice, a little tricky, but not so hard as to be frustrating.
So, nicely done :)

(Btw, like Catpower, I clicked on "start the game" a couple of times instead of pressing x... so, yeah, that's maybe a bit misleading.)
Very nice! i don't normally like the block-pushing logic games, but this one was good.
Thanks for giving me a bit of fun and congrats on making your first game :-)

Haha, thank you very much :)

It would be great, but PuzzleScript doesn't support these :(. However, I was thinking about porting it somewhere (Construct2 comes to mind), so maybe :) Thank you for your feedback :)

Thank you :) I'll look into making the R note somewhere, I think it can be achieved in PuzzleScript.

The trial and error nature of the game was intended, and I know it could lead to frustration. I myself had a fit here and there when I returned to game after a week of doing nothing and couldn't solve my own puzzles :D But then I figured maybe they were a little too hard if I can't even solve them, even though I made them, so they were toned down. But as I said, trial and error was intended, so they were not toned down too much :D

Thank you very much :) I'll write "Press X" instead "start the game" in the update to make it more obvious :)
