I haven't tried it yet. I really don't have any intention of doing so, maybe one day I will. Right now my games work fine without it.

How many of you have not yet tried it or have tried it and uninstalled it (assuming it is something that you install / uninstall)???
I haven't bothered yet. I probably won't bother until the downloader is discontinued. But the downloader links are still up, so I don't see the need for yet another client.
I have the standalone version installed but I don't use it. I did use it when it was bundled with Aliens vs Predator: Classic 2000 and handled the game's multiplayer, but that was way before it became the standalone thingymajigg it is today.
I uninstalled after I heard about it wiping out peoples saves.
It's still not an adequate replacement for lgogdownloader, so I'm not using it.
I'd say anyone who is a Linux user isn't using galaxy yet.

I haven't used Galaxy, nor do I intend to either
Not interested. Ever. I refuse to play any game that requires a client. Thankfully, GOG keeps it optional, which is why I continue to purchase games here.
The client doesn't offer anything I'm interested in, so I don't have any plans on ever using it, but I'm also not part of the target demographic for that kind of service.
I no longer use it. I gave it a good run but just too many issues and things I didn't like. It did remind me why I started buying games on GOG in the first place, just give me my offline DRM-free installers forever and i'm happy.
I don't see any so handy features that might make me install Galaxy by now.
I do. I support it. I want this to be a thing and be a good competitor against steam. Nothing fancy right now, but in time like all things, it'll find its way.
I support GOG Galaxy and think it could be an important element in helping GOG grow its userbase and market share, but I've decided not to use it until it comes out of beta and is deemed fully tested and ready for official release.
I see no reason to use it, so I'm not using it.
