Added too!
You can also add Neon Chrome.
I'm not sure if Treasure Adventure World applies. The game(metrodvania style), has an inventory system with blank spots, denoting that you're missing something. Once you find an item/ability it goes in the inventory. Once you complete every empty spot in the inventory you've also completed most achievements, except for two:
Giving 20 coins to a homeless person, with no in game consequence to such an action.
Killing an enemy by repeatedly throwing a healing item at it, again with no in game consequence to such an action.

I don't think it really fits, most games have a "stats" page which also reflects the completion rate of a lot of achievements, but it's not the same thing

There is no "completion rate" you either have the item/ability or you don't. But there is a computer terminal in the game that lists your current progress in game, express in percentages(I'm currently at 55%). It also keeps track of other stats.

The closest I can describe it is like a lot of games on the SNES/N64. At least that's where I saw the "mechanic", mostly in collectathons.
