You might want to be careful about buying pinatas as gifts though. In past promos like this (and I saw a post in one of the threads suggesting this one is no different), if you buy the game as a gift, it no longer checks what you own, so all games are possible. If you were looking for one game in particular, you've lessened your odds to get it.

4. Aarklash: Legacy $19.99
5. Dust: An Elysian Tail $14.99 (already owned)

4 out of 5 games are new to me so that's pretty good considering how many games I own! I've asked support if they can convert Dust to a gift so I can give it away.

Unfortunate for those unlike myself (since 1 is all I'm willing to concede in my monthly budget toward) if true, however.

akhliber: Must be out of stock again already. I just picked one up and got a gift code for a game I already had, saying I already own everything in the pinata. Ah well, it was worth a shot. :)

Probably just a really small stock of teaser 'quality' titles to keep interest in the otherwise bundle fodder filled pinata :)

Too bad the sale is really slow in rotating deals. I prefer daily deals to 3-day run. Also i'm curious if it will stay Indie until the end which would be disappointing.

TheMonkofDestiny: Indeed. Once you finalize the purchase (it won't work until an actual transaction is completed), it will have the name of the game on display on the confirmation page (like a normal purchase would) and the gift email will tell you the game as well.

Think it was in the blue thread, but its also possible the only games they didn't have yet were out of stock and their speculation that the cause was they clicked it as a gift was mistaken.

There have been a couple times today where people have claimed to get a game they already owned while not owning many other games in the promo. Hard to say if it was a momentary glitch or something else.

My guess looking at the schedule of this thing is there will just be a second group on the 14th, then on the 17th, it will probably be a group with both todays and the next all together.

I was hoping that only the first batch is Indie Pinata, then they switch to some oldie Pinata. Oh well, if it stays like this I won't spend much at least as I have only a couple of indies left that I don't on and I'm interested in.
