Wreck it Rad!

Rad Rodgers: World One, an offbeat platformer about a mischievous boy who gets sucked inside the world of videogames, is now available, DRM-free on GOG.com with a 15% launch discount.

We've all been there: after an exhausting night of trying to beat your favorite videogame, you doze off and end up waking inside the gameworld. That's Rad! And he's not alone - his old console Dusty is here with him, providing snarky commentary, platforming assistance, and some pretty nifty weapons. Just in time, too, because as Rad soon finds out, this lush jungle world is slowly succumbing to a sinister corruption and it's up to him and his console buddy to blast away the baddies and save the day. Just like old times!

Rad Rodgers is planned as a series of standalone “Worlds”, with new Worlds yet to be announced!
Rad Rodgers: World One is the first of these instalments – set to feature an Overworld hub, 7 levels, and as much as 4-6 hours of old-school platforming once released. While “In Development", Rad Rodgers: World One will be receiving weekly content updates up until its planned release on December 1.

Embark on a wild platforming adventure with a boy and his favorite sentient console in Rad Rodgers: World One, DRM-free on GOG.com!
The 15% discount will last until December 1st, 5:59 PM UTC.

Note: This game is currently in development. See the FAQ to learn more about games in development, and check out the forums to find more information and to stay in touch with the community.

Is it me, or does RAD ROGERS look like an unofficial remake of the Amiga classic Ruff 'n' Tumble? The clothes, the hair, even the guns are the same!

Decide for yourselves... But I think it looks great, whatever it is!

Edit. I hate forgetting attachments! Urgh! >_<
