I would have two health bars I guess, one for physical health that's almost full, one for mental health that's half depleted.

Tauto: Wellllllll, my mind is 100% but the body is -1 and when I load up my gun, health packs will become plentiful.

95% I guess. The real question is if it displays buffs as well, in which I would have a couple, chief among which is a 'sleepiness' debuff because the infernal demon next door barked me awake at 05:55am. The only buff active at the moment is 'caffeine boost'. I suppose I have a mood buff called 'spotify' active at the moment as well.
