Fudgedelight27: Indeed, you have to have a registered copy of The Witcher 3 on GOG.com in order to purchase and download the DLC expansions. I had the same difficulty because I had bought a retail copy and the DLC was on sale. It was only after I had registered my retail copy that our favourite polish developers allowed me to proceed. I suppose it is their way of protecting people from purchasing DLC without having the fucking core game! I can imagine this must be a pain in the but for gog.com with people choking up their customer care department.
I'm betting he figured that out since it's almost 18 months later... ;)
