Hello,

I have paid for a game but now I regret. How can I get a refund?
Go through Support, top of the screen.
Hope you didn't download it.

GOG only offers refunds if you haven't downloaded the game or if the game is broken and they can't help you fix it.

You can still refund, if you download the extras! You only have to avoid downloading game itself! But even if you accidentally download main game, you can ask for gog store credit refund; in that case though, you have to spend it on other games in the next 1 year time, or else it expires (and is lost).

This can solve predicaments like the baldur's gate new double priced package, which forces you to pay double price for the original saga, which they reduced as a mere "extra" and take in the enhanced edition as main game, even if you only wanted the old game.

KiNgBrAdLeY7: You can still pirate games, if you want!
Fixed it to summarize what Bradley is saying, but in a much clearer manner.

UNLESS it's an InDev. Then you can' refund within 30 days period. Or is it two weeks.

Right, just contact support, they'll refund it if that's the case.

I don't remember and don't care enough to look it up.
Thanks for reminding me of inDev, I keep forgetting those. xD

....
Serious question, have you ever considered psychological therapy? You seem to hold a lot of...anger...over things.

Then you're in luck. GOG's "I changed my mind" aka "Withdrawal Right" refund policy should let you return the game for a full refund:
Withdrawal Right: we give you the right to withdraw from a purchase of GOG content without charge and for any reason within 30 days after you bought that GOG content, IF it has not been downloaded, streamed, activated or used in any way before then. If any of those things happen then your withdrawal right is lost.
Just contact support; this probably falls under orders and payments
Out of curiosity what is the game?

If its something on my wishlist I may want to reconsider.

If it's Terraria we take you outside and beat the piss out of you. :P
