Instead of buying an insanely expensive new computer, I've chosen to use Bootcamp to create a virtual hard drive inside my hard drive, so I can do windows on my mac. However, the amount of hard drive space you give up for your Windows virtual hard drive CAN'T be changed afterwards.

I have 658 free gigs on my hard drive. How much space should I give to the Windows virtual hard drive? How 'big' are the biggest Windows games in terms of file size here? The sale page doesn't include how big the games are in terms of file size.

I think the biggest game I have is Kingdom Come: Deliverance which is 50 GB base install size. Plus DLC and (if you want) mods.
Witcher 3 is around 36 GB.
Keep in mind, if you're not using a client to download, you'll need enough space for both the installer *and* the space for the game itself.
I have a dedicated disk for Bootcamp with 250GB which felt pretty restrictive after installing a few games and programs, so I added half of another one for a total of 500GB. Works out pretty well now, but it really depends on the games you want to play and how many you want to keep installed simultaneously. The last few I had installed before expanding were Doom 2016 with 70GB and Dragon Age Inquisition with 35 or something, so with modern games it can fill up really quickly.

Also, depending on how much memory you have installed, its worth it to get rid of the page file in Windows, mine was never used and took ridiculous amounts of hard disk space.

I don't think I could handle not having 6TB free at all times.

Way to Small, I have 10 TB of HDD , and 1.75 TB SSDs.

I'm constantly juggling which games get to run on the SSDs.

Admittedly I'm an heavy mod user, and have all 500 or so games installed, and ready to play.
Half of the HDD space is for storing mod archives, and GOG installers.

if you have a lot of entertainment like me, you should aim for atleast 2tb. i myself have multiple computers and easily over 20tb of storage. mafia 3 is 50gb. i know gears of war 4 has a 100gb+ size. some people reported the patch was 250gb. not sure if this was a mistake though
