I had a problem with a video game, so I wrote to the support.
Since it's been over a day (about 2 days) I was wondering how long it usually takes support to resolve the issue.

The game in question is tales of monkey island, and the problem is the low quality audio in the second chapter (problem in the forum of the game a user says he has solved with help) ... I also wrote a private message to user who has solved the problem but i have not had answers.

In normal conditions it can be as quick as half an hour, up to 2 days, rarely longer.

With the summer sale, Galaxy and Witcher 3 they are a bit swamped, so it can take longer. I'd say up to 4-5 days?

Keep in mind it's the weekend tomorrow and support generally don't work during them.

Also, do NOT reply to the ticket email. That will send it to the back of the end of the queue.

Don't be desperate.
It usually take them upto 3-4 days to respond but since it's sale time+weekend it may take upto 5-7 days.
One thing I can gurentee you (if you got your support ticket) someone will soon contact you on Monday.
In my case it took them 5 days (Today gog support Natalia replied me for query I posted on June 7).
