I Installed Deus Ex GOTY + Revision but when I run it, it is only the vanilla game. I do not see an option in Galaxy 2.0 to run Revision.

I checked the install location and all the files, including the Revision folder, are there. I just can't see any way to run it, perhaps I am just missing something.

I do not have a fast internet connection and would prefer to find a way to run it without having to download Revision again.

Any help would be welcome.

Are there any exe files in the install location. Revision is a mod, so probably needs to start from its own launcher. Forget galaxy, if your modding just go with the offline installers, and run things directly from install without galaxy running.

Found it.

Strange that they did not include the exe in Galaxy, especially since Revision is available on GOG.

I'm pretty sure there's a way to use it from within Galaxy, since -- as far as I know -- it's treated as a DLC, and obviously those can be installed and uninstalled via the client; neither I nor nightcraw1er uses Galaxy, however, so neither of us is qualified to properly answer your question.
