So, what do you need a game code for? Go to your Library and download it.

I downloaded it but it didnt respond so i went to the witcher 3's support page and they asked for a game code if it was purchased via gog

Go to:
https://www.gog.com/account/settings/orders

However, games you bought for yourself directly in GOG might not have a serial code, but a order number.

You may be on the wrong page. Try http://www.gog.com/support/contact/technical_issues_with_games/the_witcher_3_wild_hunt_preorder

I don't see any request for a key there.

Edit: Oh, if it's an order number then it's in your email purchase/confirmation.

I think they might be asking for an ERROR code or an order number.

Or to make things easier, why don't you just give us the exact text they sent you...

It's a part of the required info before i ask my queston it said "GOG.com Game Code (not applicable: Steam, Origin). If not applicable type "N/A""
Weird, I don't see anything like that in the support form...
