In the case of a pricing error (e.g. a game priced above base price in your region) I'm sure GOG would be willing to correct it if brought to their attention.

But in this case the lack of a discounted regional pricing for UA seems like a deliberate decision by either GOG, the publisher, or both of them. I reckon you'd need to flood them in Support tickets for them to even consider changing the current prices.
